To address the needs of aging adults, The Helper Bees is looking for services, resources, and technology that support independence at home.
We are on the steepest slope of an unprecedented demographic shift in the U.S.
As a result, several of the largest carriers of aging-in-place services – including Long-term Care Insurance (LTCI), Medicare Advantage (MA), and Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) – are shifting benefits deployment from facility to home.
The Helper Bees works with payers, including Long-term Care Insurance carriers and Medicare Advantage plans, to deliver a broader range of supplemental services to members such as rides, meals, home modification, pest control, and errands. Growth in the number of MA plans offering in-home support benefits has nearly doubled from 2021 to 2022.
Given this diversity of needs and increased demand, The Helper Bees is seeking information from providers to help guide future innovation within our programming to support independent aging in America. We encourage qualified providers – national brands as well as local independents – to join the network within the following categories:

The Helper Bees Care Concierge team consists of aging-in-place experts. They help guide older adults (and their families) as they navigate independent aging. Using our network of credentialed providers, the Care Concierge recommends service providers based on the older adults’ unique care and support needs.
